Pills in matrix side gets ugly in IRC side

Whenever one has an "pill" mention in matrix-side of an bridged (and relayed, if that plays any part) IRC-channel, it gets very ugly on IRC-side. Instead explaining, here is couple pictures to show the mess:

after reading some code it seems like the issue is in the framework rather than in the bridge: https://github.com/mautrix/go/blob/28b7bf7e567ed5bf7e80ae3b0e0abbe6042566aa/format/htmlparser.go#L92

That is incorrect. The linked line isn't used for user mentions (they're handled 15 lines above) and the function isn't even used in the bridge at all

The problem is that PillConverter isn't set in the bridge. The default function would work for irc user mentions, but for best accuracy it needs a custom function which also converts matrix user mentions into the irc nick if the mentioned matrix user is logged into the bridge
