run pioasm for libraries

pioasm runs on the project directory to convert the pio files into header files. Thanks a lot for that feature!
But unfortunately that automatism doesn't work for libraries. It would be great to have it for libraries as well if library.json declares platform-raspberrypi.

But this doesn't happen in the Arduino IDE with the Arduino-Pico core, or does it? Meaning you can create an Arduino library that will compile fine on PlatformIO because we would generate the .pio.h file for it, but Arduino IDE users would just see a missing file compilation error.

I don't know. I only use PlatformIO.
We need it in our projects and creating a lib for redundant code is much better than copying.

Thanks for this change! I have a project that targets multiple platforms, so my RP2350 code is in a library rather than the main/root source directory.

I still can't get it to work though. My lib/rp2350/*.pio files are not being assembled. I think that's what Max is saying in the PR comment:

Technically that neglects sources in the lib/ folder of the project (only .pio/libdeps is looked at) and the global library sources.

Is there a public example I can emulate? Would it make sense to also auto-discover and process .pio files under lib/?
