Feature request: one-off video support

I recently discovered this project and it seems perfect; I have been looking for a way to turn a youtube channel into an audio podcast.

However, I'd also love the ability to do a one-off conversion of a single youtube video, without needing a different tool (I have installed this via docker).

Is there any chance of the website adding support for a queueing a single video?

The way it is currently structured, any video needs to be part of a playlist. Channels on YouTube are actually playlists too.

Adding a custom playlist is a useful approach for single videos from multiple uploaders.

TubeSync is not likely to be changed so that Media do not require a Source any time soon.

For downloading a particular URL from a web interface, you may want to use MeTube instead.

I did consider adding a default-one-off sort of magic source at one point which let people add random single videos to just so they would have a directory to download to and a desired resolution etc. and fit into the existing format with some hacking, but didn't get much beyond the pondering in the shower stage.

You can now index sources that do not download automatically. After the playlist is indexed, you can manually download a single video.
