Setup Netlify previews to improve PR reviews

Netlify builds are passing now, thanks to #302, but the previews do not reflect the PR (branch) changes!
This could be very useful for PR review ;-)

Netlify setup has been changed, but the preview on PR test failed, see: #402
To investigate further.

Netlify build is actually triggered but the preview doesn't embed the changes.

I don't know how to check what actual branch/commit Netlify used during its build. See https://app.netlify.com/teams/lbroudoux/builds/680a1010195c3a0008cd0a4f

It looks like Netlify is still building from the microcks:master branch and not the yada:master one...

Any help is appreciated. I tagged this issue as help wanted
