Implement tomllib

Has anyone tried implementing tomllib, introduced to the standard library in Python 3.11?

I only noticed Matt's ping after I had already started trying to port the same source tomli as well. ( Copilot assisted)

It now passes 100% of the tests on both CPython, MicroPython unix and esp32.
But is not yet optimized for size, nor speed, and MicroPython documentation are to be written

Oh so Python standard library's tomllib is based on and very similar to community project tomli?

Yes , it was adopted into stdlib

Yes , Brian forked and ported to MicroPython a few years ago , I did that just recently.
