Need to Fix Shebang in Health Architectures Zip File

I opened an issue on the Health Architectures repo which causes an issue for Mac users.

The shebang lines need to be changed. I'm not sure how this zip is created, so can the person who owns that process make that change? 😄

We could also update the lines that use bash 4+ parameter expansion for lowercase to use something POSIX compliant (vs. having mac users upgrade their system bash).

For example, this will require someone on OSX to install a secondary bash next to their system shell:

defdeployprefix=${defdeployprefix,,}

This will work regardless of 3.x or 4.x:

defdeployprefix=`echo $defdeployprefix | tr '[:upper:]' '[:lower:]'`

tr is POSIX, so it should be available on all POSIX-compliant *nix installs (and WSL).
