Isssue description
Why did this auto-install on my PCs? Can microsoft please just stop doing this? It's frustrating as hell to have to keep playing this game of whack-a-mole every single time Windows updates.
Steps to reproduce
Leave a PC alone for 5 minutes and it'll install some random garbage that nobody asked for
