Highlight menu items on hover

Hello devs, if you get paid by microsoft to work on this, please consider doing this (the fluid menu item highlights)

Yes, exactly! Thanks a lot. Also, would it be possible so that hovering over the items (Edit / View / Help) WHILE the File menu is open; open the respective menus?
