[Bug]: combobox doesn't expand when clicked inside the right padding area

Current Behavior

Comboboxes fail to expand after being clicked in the area to the right of the chevron button.

Expected Behavior

Comboboxes should expand when being clicked in the area to the right of the chevron button.

1. Click on the area inside the combobox and to the right of the chevron.
2. Confirm whether the combobox is expanded.

she is referring to the rightmost area of the expand icon

Building on @pvraman14 's screenshot, I'm referring to the rightmost section of the combobox. It appears that the right padding is preventing the expansion click target from extending to cover the full component.
