We are making pathogen name lower case but orderly parameter matching will be case sensitive. So I ran the db_redcap_download task with "nipah" and db_extraction_prep with "NIPAH" and that didn't work.
That can lead to a lot of head scratching when the number of tasks multiplies. I think we should not modify the parameters passed, and agree on all lower case (my preference) or all upper case arguments.
