dxDrawModel3D flickering

Describe the bug

DxDrawModel3D is not working properly anymore since version 23625 -> Flickering all over the place when being called

Steps to reproduce

1. Use dxDrawModel3D in conjunction with some default SA object
2. Start up resource see flickering

It's actually a little different in some cases. In the video you provided, you can see the object flickering, but the same object should actually appear several times (5-6 times) in a row in a line. However, only the first one is rendered and flickers, and the rest are not displayed at all.

Nope (see screenshot down below)
It also worked before. When I first released the map, everything worked fine. It started to flicker after a nightly 1.6 Update
