Add another function for DMX Profiles whose curve describes a value mapping of DMX values like a dimmer curve

Currently, DMX profiles describe how physical values depend on DMX percentage values.
We should add another function in which a curve describes the modification of DMX values, similar to adding a dimmer curve to a linear DMX channel.
This would mainly be to align control system and visualization when using MVR.
