Update default registered quotas for openshift_vm #301
Description
As mentioned by @naved001, the register_default_quotas.py command may not currently contain the correct defaults for openshift virtualization resources. We want to update the command to properly migrate openshift-vm resources
Low priority, as we do not have any openshift-vm resources in prod yet.
