Streamline Bean Creation Related to Ontology #101

Ontology related beans should be streamlined. This improves possible error messages on start up. E.g. if there is an error when reading ontology files Spring does not give much information about what file has been read. When breaking things up into smaller chunks regarding the bean creation we could get more valuable log information.
These changes should be non-breaking!
