It's possible to make waypoints compatible with shaders, but the text rendering implementation in CivModern is affected by lighting, shaders, etc.
This also causes/caused an issue with the waypoints underwater, since there's a shader when you're underwater in vanilla.
Shaders used are Bliss Shaders stable commit acd1fbc and the location was roughly -7328 70 -1740 in Derne, Sovia (please add our city spawn)
