I get the "too many redirects" issue when I visit https://annotatorjs.org/ .

Has it been hacked?

Looks like the domain was given up and it has been taken over. Who was the owner @tilgovi @nickstenning ? Did it go to Hypothesis folks or was it still at OKFN?

Either way looks like it is gone ... (maybe we could recover given that it is being abused ...)

My recollection is that Hypothes.is never controlled this domain, and that it remained with OKFN.
