As a user, I want my OpenCloud UI to have a nice and modern look & feel so that I have an easy time using it.

Acceptance Criteria

• the filters visually match the screenshot down below, meaning:
  • more "square-like" instead of round
  • border color is border-role-outline-variant
  • active filter has our regular active color (this is the current behavior already)
