Assorted changes to context

• Add technology context
• Disease --> Health
• Change the term used to describe historical/future/hypothetical/negation
• economic: more about the country's economy, monetary situation, inflation, GDP, recessions, etc. News about an individual company does not apply.
• Expand corruption definition

Debatable contexts that we could add:

• a prejudice_and_discrim context? Or is this already covered by the contexts for groups that are discriminated against?
• a fake_news/manipulation context?
