Suggestion: Bringing AI Translation Services to EmulatorJS

Please correct me if this already exists, or if this is out of the scope of EmulatorJS, but it would be great to see something like libretro's AI service on EmulatorJS, where it can take screengrabs and overlay them with machine translated text.

I suppose there would need to be a dialogue for API keys/configuration.

It would unlock a lot of games for people using EmulatorJS as their main interface to their game library
