I just uninstalled Homebrew and did everything again from scratch. Same thing happened when installing emacs. An additional piece of info: I noticed that the .emacs.d folder is empty. |

I installed Emacs GUI app on a new M1 Macbook Air using the following command:
brew install --cask emacsNo warnings or error appeared, but when I call emacs from the terminal, it shows the following error message:
Fatal error 5: Trace/breakpoint trapzsh: abort emacsDoing a normal installation (without --cask) works fine.
I'd appreciate any suggestions.
