Radar — or tech radar — is a methodology for systematizing knowledge and a tool for static generation of a web version of an expert selection of this knowledge from source text formatted in markdown. Visually, it is represented as a radar, where all knowledge is displayed clearly, along with their status and updates.
Methodology — The process involves updating the knowledge unit (e.g., a project, technology, community, etc.) once every quarter. The frequency of each release is determined by the curator (an individual or a group). Each new release represents a version of the radar. All information is divided into four Categories/Quadrants (radar sectors) and assigned a Status/Ring (radar status). The closer a knowledge unit is to the center, the more stable its status. Currently, there are four statuses, but more can be added with consideration for displaying them concisely on the radar. Tags are also used for additional navigation across the radar's materials.
Another feature of the radar is the ability to indicate changes in information in three forms:

Recently changed
