Context
Add Storybook stories for the custom filter feature covering the key user-facing states.

Stories to Cover

• Default view — schemas with tags visible, no filters active
• Filter selected — one or more filters active, accordion reflects filtered results
• Empty state — filter combination produces no matching schemas
• No config — customFilterDropdowns omitted; confirms no regressions to existing behaviour
• Single filter — one filter category configured; confirms the label shorthand in the toolbar button

Acceptance Criteria

• All stories use the enriched PCGL fixture from Ticket 1
• Each story clearly names the state it demonstrates
• Stories are added to an appropriate section in the Storybook sidebar
