feature request: specialize `super` and `crate` in x-rust-type

I'm using TypeSpec with typify to make rust type up to date with json schema.

It would be nice to have a way to use super and crate in x-rust-type (it doesn't compile because rust doesn't allow ::crate), so that I can workaround #862 .

Can you talk more about how you're using typify? What we typically see with local types (i.e. from crate::) is use of the "replace" or "convert" settings. This doesn't sound like the intended use of x-rust-type ... but it may be and I'd like to understand it better. Thanks!

I'm using TypeSpec (a DSL to create json schema) to keep these up to date:

• Docs of specification
• Type in my frontend (using json2ts)
• Type in my backend written in rust (using typify)

• docs/specification.tsp is the primary source
• crates/model is where typify is used

I'm using x-rust-type with super to (with small hacks, see build.rs)

• Force specific number to be u64 (Uint)
• Workaround Codegen issues with string enums #862 (Manifest.license)
• Use url::Url (I know I can use url::Url using x-rust-type, but I wanted to centralize overrides)
