[P3] Create a new "Team" /team page

I would like to have a page showing the team behind Rubycon. It should be modular and have a card for each of us:

• picture
• name surname
• link to external blog, ...
• link to internal article (most of us have one presentation page! Check it). It could be something like "Learn more about FIRST_NAME.." as local link.
• job title like "Ruby frontend @ pincopallo"
• role in Rubycon (eg "Faccendiere", "Socio fondatore", ...)

A me piace un sacco l'idea di presentare il team in una spaginata. Pero' non ha un'alta priorita' secondo me possiamo farlo l'anno prox.
