[Feature Request] Ability to include keys on pages and exclude all others

We have the option to exclude Vimium keys from pages. This is very useful, but sometimes I want to "exclude all except" a certain binding.

This could be implemented through an "Include" button below the "Exclude" one, here:

Alternatively, I would settle for being able to blanket allow all Ctrl or Alt prefixed bindings.
