[Bug]: Folder selection timeput; No visual indication on folder opening waiting

Steps to reproduce

1. Open app
2. push "+" to open project
3. Navigate to the desirable folder
4. push Open
5. Wait till error

Expected behavior

Project opens from the folder.

Actual behavior

• User waits without any indication of the concurrent process.
• User can push "+" multiple times without any effect
• Toast message with error after some wait time

Ran into this as well, deleting the .t3 folder fixed it for me

Running into the same on mac, installed using brew, deleting the .t3 folder did not fix this for me
