Add an option for the shell script installer to place soar in `/usr/local/bin`

Problem

It would make it easier to install soar in /usr/local/bin without downloading it and copying it.

Expected behavior

It would just give the option to install soar in /usr/local/bin instead of ~/.local/bin

I updated the script and did some tests running it as root.. Seems to work, but not sure since I can't really tell if shell script is working.. 😅
