Demo: URI-Resolver As-A-Wrapper

Some implementation details:

• This should be a Wasm based wrapper
• It should implement the URI-Resolver interface: https://github.com/polywrap/monorepo/blob/prealpha/packages/core-interfaces/uri-resolver/src/query.graphql
• Here's an example schema from the IPFS plugin, where the interface is (1) imported and (2) added to the wrapper's query module: https://github.com/polywrap/monorepo/blob/a8e9f8cb3dc64a307fa983a7e29e22cae535f3f2/packages/js/plugins/ipfs/schema.graphql#L1-L3
• If you run the polywrap codegen command on your wrapper project, it will generate the types needed to implement the uri-resolver functions.
