Simplify XEP information

We have the file xeps.xml which we edit manually. We had this before the doap file existed.
We should now somehow use the https://github.com/profanity-im/profanity/blob/master/profanity.doap to get this information so we don't have to edit two places manually.

We could use https://github.com/pulkomandy/xmpp-doap or use this as the basis for a custom transformation.
