[Bug] TH Web freezes during TC-ACE-2.1 execution; backend logs show exceptions

Describe the bug

When running the TC-ACE-2.1 test case using TH Web, the web interface freezes during the test execution.

After checking the logs of the backend container certification-tool-backend-1, exceptions were found.

Further testing shows that this issue is not limited to TC-ACE-2.1. The same problem occurs during the commissioning process for all test cases.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Start the TH Web test environment

Run the test case TC-ACE-2.1 from the web interface

During the commissioning stage, the web page freezes

Check the backend container logs:

docker logs certification-tool-backend-1

Exceptions can be observed in the logs

Expected behavior

The web interface should run the test normally without freezing during the commissioning process.

Hi @zhoumeng5,

I tried using those PICS files and executed the TC-ACE-2.1 from my side but I couldn't reproduce this error (also some other tests).
Here I tested using the on-network pairing mode, and I noticed from your logs that the pairing you're using is ble-wifi pairing mode, is that correct? Unfortunately I don't have the environment ready to use ble-wifi right now but I'll see what I can do.

Meanwhile, can you give more details like:

• What TH version you're using?
• Are you using a real DUT or a sample app?
• Can you test using on-network mode?
• Can you share the logs from the UI execution?
• Can you share the output from ./scripts/th/th-doctor.sh --complete
• Can you share the all the contents from the folder ~/certification-tool/logs?

Hi @zhoumeng5,

I couldn't reproduce this error executing the TC_ACE_2.1 (refer to the image attached), though I noticed that even after done, the backend keeps "working" and takes a lot of time to finish (this behavior has been investigated in the issue#891).

Looking at the logs, I see several lines mentioning "Incorrect state" for BLE related operations (e.g Failed to remove advertised services, Failed to advertise operational node, Failed to advertise commissioner, etc.)
Can you double check the Wi-Fi environment or the devices involved?
