expanding the left panel is buggy

Running on windows, expanding the left panel (that holds the branches) doesnt work properly.

I expect the splitter to track the mouse position when it is being dragged. It does not do this.

Do you use the last version?
If I remember correctly, the only thing that can prevent the splitter from expanding the left panel is if the commit graph is taking too much space. Can you shrink the left panel? If you shrink the commit graph, can you expand the left panel then?
If you have any screencast/screenshot, it can help.
