Client expects Content-Type header from response with no body #34
Description
It is common that a response with status code 204 doesn't have Content-Type header because there is no body. However, scim2-client still expects the Content-Type header to exists and throws an error even if the response was completely valid.
It would be preferable to ignore the Content-Type header check if it is expected that the response has no body or is irrelevant.
