Fix bn_IN coordinator username (#1526)

When user links were originally translated from BPO to GH in
#836, the wrong Kushal Das was chosen for some reason.
Kushal's BPO profile clearly shows `kushaldas` rather than
`Kushal997-das` as the correct GH username.
