Does this issue happen:

• Without dxvk-sarek?
• With the latest master-repository built dxvk-sarek?

What is the wine version you had used? I assume you are using linux.

What exactly is the GPU name and graphics driver version? You can use inxi -Gz to find about GPU info.

Have you tried updating your system? Like graphics drivers (Mesa), wine etc.

Also the top part of your comment is useless and should be removed. They are instructions for you, and should not be visible to maintainers, so kindly remove them.

May I ask why are you using DXVK-Sarek in the first place? Your system clearly supports the official DXVK, It has Vulkan 1.3 requirement.

See if the latest DXVK causes this or not, and also I would recommend switching to the official DXVK, newer extensions means generally better performance out of the hardware. Also it's more actively maintained, so you might find less bugs.

Driver support
The Vulkan extension VK_KHR_maintenance5 is now required. DXVK has been relying on guarantees made by this extension since version 2.5, so in order to remove some maintenance burden, fallbacks that would allow older drivers to run were now removed.
