an event is inconsistent with TIMEBANK

Hello,
Thanks for making this corpus available. I just want to point out that it seems that one of the events id in the MATRES-timebank is not consistent with the original timebank corpus.

There is no 0 entry in timebank. Even though this is not important since it is in the training part and only one event, but it could raise errors during preprocessing. Thanks

I also encountered the same issue while pre-processing the dataset. I manually checked the document WSJ910225-0066 in TE3 annotations and saw that indeed there is no eiid 0 in the document.
