Rename the tooling

I think it's fair to say that the views in the tool have surpassed the name Token Tracker and perhaps even Copilot, as we are now also tracking OpenCode, and I would hope support will be added for other tooling as well (e.g. Claude Code, Winsor, Windsurf, Cursor).

So we can discuss new names.

Tip

I don't think it is helpful to change the ID of the tool, as that would mean every user that has installed it would be stuck with the current version, although perhaps we could build both the old ID and then new ID side by side for a while, and then update the old one with a notification.

So this issue is to look at proposed new names that cover the features better.
