Clarification need about usage of this package with `expo`

Do this package still working with expo managed RN projects?

Unless Expo adds support for AS v3, it's not - so you'll have to stay with v2.2.0

Because of this package is very important in RN ecosystem.

Yes, so expo comes built in with certain version of async storage (latest I assume is v2.2.0), so if u manually upgrade to v3, expo would warn u about different versions.
So like I said, unless expo comes pre-bundled with v3, it's best to stick to v2.2.0 for managed projects. v3 does support expo, but not as managed project
