Often i see lots of games nowadays tilting the first person body/arms when either crouching, or sliding (titanfall, apex legends, so on and so forth) , so it feels like it would give more physicallity to the way we move in first person if the game did something similar.
So i attempted doing a test animation on blender about it.

All i did is to put the player hands slightly down, and tilted when it "crouched", so figured doing that with code could also be doable, without messing with the player skeleton and whatnot.
