Option to use "title + content" as field configuration

Add option to use the title AND the content of articles as context for the AI.

Configuration option field should be adjusted and also the logic for the article content extraction buildNewsContent in assistantController.php

Maybe add date and author to the content later, and change the field element style to be checkbox

I have not tested it yet. Should the fields options also be localized / translated? Can it be done? It is just a nice to have, no pressure to change that.

Good point! I'll get to it later, but right now I'm focusing on making the summary page more effective. #53 :)
