Make Clean Did Not Clean Completely

Hi:

I was facing a bug while using openSBI, and it eventually turns out that some of the old content in build folder ruin the new build.
Once manully delete build folder and re-Make, the problem was gone.

For the make clean, should it be better to just delete build folder?

You can use make distclean to delete build folder, too.
