[ProjectHelper] Remove sticky project info to enviroment #198
Description
Remove the sticky owner and projectnumber parameter use. This way we wouuld need to use Set-ProjectHelperEnvironment, that we hsould rename to Set-ProjectEnvironment.
This way we will be able to work with differnt projects and with saleshelper that defaults to sales project without confusiton
