List all issues from the current cycle

It would be helpful to add an optional flag to the linear issue list that shows all issues assigned to me from the current active cycle.

yeah totally! i don't use cycles so probably won't add it myself but would welcome a pr for this

took a stab at this in #162, adds --cycle to issue list (supports name, number, or active) plus standalone cycle list and cycle view commands for browsing cycles from the cli
