Diagnostic only displays errors for the first file opened

Describe the bug
The diagnostics tab only shows errors from the first open buffer

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open file
2. Open second file
3. Writes an intentional error in the second file
4. Does not display anything in the diagnostics
