Hi, thanks for building Ghostree, it’s super useful in my workflow.

I’d like to better understand how to configure different colors/themes per worktree or per repository. Right now it’s not clear to me what the recommended pattern is (e.g., whether we should use separate Ghostty config files, how Ghostree picks them up, and how this scales when you have many worktrees or repos).

Could you please document a few common setups (per‑repo colors, per‑branch/worktree variants, example config paths and names) and how Ghostree discovers and applies them? A short section in the README or docs with concrete examples would really help new users adopt these features.
