How to set sip register retry time ?

While registering for sip account on public the registration request fails and retry occurs many times in small amount of time how to set register retry time so that it does not block our ip .

The client send register request
response 401
account registered 200 ok
register requests continues fires this make our ip blocked .

When registration successful SDK will not send new requests.

Most possible reason of issue could be the following:

• app uses TCP/TLS, sends REGISTER request
• remote server replies with error and closes connection
• app detects closed connection and sends REGISTER again.
  => this case fixed, but not published yet.

Can you plz provide some logs, which would allow to check what went wrong?
