SkipWeb does bump the minimum iOS requirement to 17 because it uses @Observable (which is new in iOS 17). You will need to edit the project's .xcconfig file and update IPHONEOS_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET = 16.0 to read IPHONEOS_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET = 17.0.

You can verify whether it is correctly applied by selecting the project in Xcode and going to the General tab and looking at the "Minimum Deployments" section:

You will also need to edit the Package.swift and update the "platforms" attribute, like so:

I've sometimes found that when I change the minimum iOS target I need to clean the build folder and sometimes even restart Xcode. Can you try that and let us know if it helps?

That's odd. The Package.swift screenshot you showed was for skip-web … what about the Package.swift for your own project? What is the value of the platforms attribute?

No, I mean the Package.swift within your own project's Xcode project folder.

For example, the Net Skip app (which uses skip-web) looks like this:

It should have a dependency on skip-web (like you posted), and also the target should have a dependency on the SkipWeb product.
