Port to Debian 9

It's getting pretty hairy to build the VMs on Debian 8, mostly due to deterioration of the Debian 8 repos.

If we want to run this again, we should think about making it work on Debian 9.

Unfortunately, I agree. We should port it, and I know it won't be completely trivial :/

I think we can eliminate Java 7 from the workflow. This would make life so much easier.

Nice. Have a think about when we would like to do this.

I mentioned a Krun bug in MM earlier, it probably doesn't affect the results, but it is annoying. If we wanted to re-run, we might like to do it all in one go?

However, at the same time this will steal time from the tracer, which is arguably more important at the moment.
