Computer Vision new models exploration

Expand our preexported CV model portfolio by exporting new (relative to our portfolio, not necessarily new in absolute terms) and better models than those we currently host on HG (we can base usecases from https://developers.google.com/ml-kit?hl=pl)

RF-DETR is missing operator that is implemented in version 1.1. So to support RF-DETR we need to bump version of ExecuTorch first.
