Adding support for Qwen 3.5

Can you add Qwen 3.5 models to the supported models?

Idk but I'm currently researching myself how to convert the model to .pte format so it can be compatible with react-native-executorch

Benefits to React Native ExecuTorch

I tested the model in Ollama locally and it's much better than anything I tested before, even the 0.8b version is so good, I believe it will be a big win to the package if you supported it
