Side-by-Side Panel View for Forms, Attachments, and Plugins

Currently, when a user opens an attachment or a plugin (like GEOLocate), the dialog box opens directly on top of the Collection Object form. This forces them to constantly close, move, or toggle between the image/map and the data entry form to compare information, causing significant friction in the transcription and data entry workflow.

Describe the solution you'd like
Eyal and Nate would like a UI enhancement that allows for a side-by-side or split-screen layout within the forms. Specifically, they want the ability to "snap" dialog windows, attachments, or plugins to the side of the main data entry form, rather than having them open as floating modal windows that obscure the form beneath them.

The left side of the screen displays the standard Collection Object form fields, while the right side displays a pinned view of the specimen image attachment.

The left side displays the Locality/Collecting Event form, while the right side displays the GEOLocate or GeoMap plugin.
